The University, obviously, has come a long way from the time it took off with just a few renovated buildings.  Adorning the landscape today are magnificent, state-of-the-art, ultra-modern buildings, such as the T.Y. Danjuma Library, and the Faculty of Natural Sciences Complex and Halls of residence with capacity for 3,000 bed spaces.  The University has:

1. 15 small lecture rooms each with seating capacity of 60,
2. 2 medium size lecture rooms each with seating capacity of 60–100,
3. 3 large lecture rooms each with seating capacity of 100-200,
4. 2 extra large lectures rooms each with seating capacity of 280, and
5. 3 lecture theatres with seating capacity of 300-400 each,
6. One 18 seating capacity language laboratory which is expandable to 36 seating capacity,
7. One television and one radio broadcast studio and
8. One printing studio
9. One photo studio
10. 20 laboratories/workshop,
11. 3 workshops each with seating capacity of 60 for imparting entrepreneurial education skills.
