C. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITIONS
1. ACADEMIC STAFF POSITION (QUANTITY SURVEYOR)
(i) Lecturer I (ACUTSS 04)
Candidates should have a good honours degree, Ph.D. degree is COMPULSORY in specified field of specialization plus at least three (3) years of post-doctoral full-time teaching and (or) research experience in a University or comparable Institution. Candidate must be registered with relevant professional body plus computer/AutoCAD knowledge.
(ii) Lecturer II (ACUTSS 03)
Applicant should have a good honours degree with Ph. D. in specified field of specialization from a recognized University. Membership of relevant professional bodies is also required in addition to the basic academic qualification. Candidate must be registered with relevant professional body plus computer/AutoCAD knowledge.
(iii) Assistant Lecturer (ACUTSS 02)
Applicant should have a master’s degree with evidence of considerable teaching and research potential experience.
2. NON-TEACHING STAFF POSITION
(i) Chief Medical Officer
Applicant must have been a Principal Medical Officer, who has additional qualifications preferably a Master’s degree in relevant field to Medicine or a candidate possessing the Fellowship of Nigerian Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalent plus at least ten (10) years post-qualification cognate experience.
